Travel & Hotels

The venue is in the Catskill Mountains, about two and a half hours north of New York City. Here's how to get there and where to stay.

We've spent a lot of time in this area — including two winters living around Boiceville. The venue sits high up overlooking the mountains of the Hudson Valley, and the surrounding trails are some of our favorites. We hope you'll get a chance to explore them too.

Getting there

By plane, train, or car

Flying

The closest major airports are Albany (ALB) (~1h15 drive), Newark (EWR), JFK, and LaGuardia (LGA) (~2.5h drive). Stewart (SWF) is a smaller option about an hour away.

Driving

From NYC, take the NY State Thruway (I-87) north to exit 19 (Kingston), then Route 28 west toward Boiceville. Around 2.5 hours without traffic.

We recommend renting a car — the mountains are not well served by transit.

Train & Bus

Amtrak runs to Rhinecliff and Hudson; Trailways buses run from Port Authority to Kingston and Phoenicia. You'll still want a car or taxi for the last stretch.

We're running a shuttle between Woodstock / Route 28 and the venue on the wedding day.
